Before placing your first order, please submit a credit application to our Credit department to enable efficient processing of all future transactions.
- Download and print the Credit application form (PDF).
- Complete and sign the form.
- Fax or mail it to the EXFO Credit department at the number indicated. All applications are acknowledged and promptly processed.

Sales Acknowledgement
Typically, a sales acknowledgment is sent by fax or e-mail in the 48 hours following the reception of your purchase order by Customer Service. More time may be required when orders include non-standard products or refurbished equipment.
