As Applications Engineer at EXFO since April 2023, Florent Griguer draws on more than a decade of experience in the telecommunications field. Previously, he held the position of Technical Sales Engineer at ITOCHU FRANCE for eight and a half years, where he was responsible for promoting the products of leading brands in the field. His technical expertise includes supervision of fiber optic networks, as well as sales and technical support for equipment such as OTDRs and optical reflectometers. With a background in optical engineering from Polytech Paris Sud, he is passionate about innovation in telecommunications and continues to develop his skills to meet the industry's evolving technological needs.

As InfraNum's Delegate for Regulatory Affairs and Digital Infrastructures, Julia Perraudin helps the federation's members to find common positions and bring them to the attention of specific interlocutors (consultations with national or European bodies, regulations, legislative dossiers, conventions, etc.). In charge of the Prevention, Performance and Durability Commission, she works with member companies to improve the safety of field workers, the quality of interventions, and the durability and resilience of fiber optic networks.
