Addition of LR-VDSL (Long Reach VDSL2) support to MAX-630G and MAX-635G

The MAX-630G and MAX-635G will allow users to enable LR-VDSL support via the VDSL2MOD option. LR-VDSL or VDSL2-LR is defined by ITU-T G.993.5 Annex B. LR-VDSL allows operators to use, for example, VDSL2-8a or VDSL2-17a over greater distances while maintaining vectoring. This is an excellent solution for operators who want to migrate away from ADSL2+ to VDSL2.
