A 2014 In-Building Technology User Forum Review

Once again, the In-Building Technology User Forum (IBTUF) hosted by Verizon was a huge success. More than 1,000 participants attended this event in Austin, Texas, from January 13 to 15 to share their valuable insight on the current and future wireless industry’s technology and application expansions.

A high-quality crowd composed of contractors, technicians and decision-makers participated in the educational sessions. The highly focused conferences were much appreciated by all, and gave participants the opportunity to gain new knowledge, especially about roadmap deployment.At the EXFO booth, our FTTA and DAS solutions attracted many visitors, especially the FTB-1 with iOLM and our new FIP-430B, the very first autofocus fiber inspection probe designed for field testing.

From EXFO’s perspective, IBTUF was a great event that we’ll certainly continue to attend for many years to come.
